location, great value
When we arrived they told us that they overbooked the hotel. Finally things were fixed due to the fact that another guest was not going to occupy his room. First time it happens with your organizarion...

pleasant staff
room very dusty, eg i had old lightbulbs broken in a vase, artifical flowers covered in dust, fake balcony filthy and sheets threadbare, bathroom tiles moldy and floor coverings unclean

Pleasant and large room. Good bathroom.
The urinal inside the bathroom was a bit smelly. Buffet breakfast was cold as the food warmers were not warmed up underneath.

Everything was simply good. Had very nice stay for a short visit, the staff were best, location was excellent to Halong bay etc. Location: the hotel was really close to train street, a bridge with high traffic, and the Old Quarter of Hanoi.

I was pleasantly surprised by the personal touch at this hotel in the Old Quarter. The staff spoke English fluently and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and cooked to order. The small size of the hotel made it feel cozy and intimate.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Hanoi's vibrant Old Quarter for a couple of nights. The room was spacious with a fantastic view of Old Quarter. The location was perfect for exploring the area's cheap party scene and the staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel was spotlessly clean. I also appreciated how accommodating they were in organizing airport transfers. a great experience and highly recommend this hotel.
Totally recommend this hotel.

Perfectly Located Hotel in the Heart of Old Quarter
During my recent stay at the Hanoi Old Quarter Hotel, I was thrilled with the perfect location right in the heart of the Old Quarter. The bustling streets and vibrant atmosphere were just outside my door, making it incredibly convenient to explore the vibrant city of Hanoi.
Although there were a couple of minor drawbacks, such as the noise from the nearby carriageway and limited breakfast options, they were easily outweighed by the hotel's overall positive qualities.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel close to the Old Quarter. the rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff made us feel like part of their family. They remembered us from our previous visit and went out of their way to make our trip extra special. We also enjoyed a good breakfast with plenty of choices. Highly recommended!

A friend and I stayed at a hotel in the heart of Old Quarter and had an amazing experience. The room was beautifully decorated with vintage touches, including ornate wood ceilings and intricate marble flooring. It had a classic, cozy feel. Our spacious room had two windows that overlooked the charming houses and terraces of Old Quarter. We were also pleased to find that the AC worked well and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was right on the edge of Old Quarter and within walking distance to the Backpacker/bar street and all the attractions within the area. We had a pleasant stay and even took advantage of the airport transfer service provided by the hotel, which was reasonably priced. Despite some minor drawbacks in terms of breakfast options and the need for better soundproofing, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in or near Old Quarter. it was a fabulous experience.
